No session at RCCC on Aug. 8, instead, seawall skate!

Join Raw Meat on August 8 for a seawall skate! On Saturday, August 8, there is no session at Royal City Curling Club. Instead, meet at Science World at 10 am for a seawall skate. The round trip around the seawall from Science World is 21 km. If that’s too far, try catching us at Sunset Beach.

Be sure to wear all of your safety gear! Be aware that the seawall has rough patches, a few hills, and many random tourists and tiny dogs. Skate at your own risk!

Raw Meat Vancouver Roller Skating will be back at RCCC for August 15 and 22. After that, we return to Thunderbird Community Centre for the fall and winter. Stay tuned for details!

Raw Meat is not at RCCC this weekend because the Terminal City Roller Girls are hosting the Derby Night in Canada WFTDA Tournament. It runs all day at RCCC on Saturday and Sunday, and you’ll see some spectacular derby if you make it out to New Westminster—after you skate the seawall, of course!
